📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting registered nurses in providing patient care
  • Performing basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
  • Monitoring patients and reporting any changes in their condition to the registered nurse
  • Assisting with patient hygiene and personal care
  • Maintaining a clean and organized patient room
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating patient records and scheduling appointments
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care is provided
  • Promoting a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an assistant nurse or in a healthcare-related role is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
  • Valid certification or license to work as an assistant nurse in Indonesia
