📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on BMW and MINI vehicles, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in the organization and execution of automotive events and promotions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of BMW and MINI product ranges, features, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, their features, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel extensively as required by the role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Certification in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
