📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and creativity.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales, and assist with stock management.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
• Assist in the preparation of food items when required, ensuring they are served hot and fresh.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
