🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate governance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of securities regulations, corporate governance guidelines, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in corporate governance or investor relations is a plus.
