📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and routing.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data using tools such as GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to drivers and other team members on best practices for fleet management.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the logistics and transport industry.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software, such as SAP Fleet Management, Geotab, or similar.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
