📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company-wide initiatives.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Recruit, interview, and hire new team members to support departmental growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
