Global Food Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. As an Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food production facility. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the daily operations of the food production facility,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials,Monitor and maintain quality standards and safety protocols,Schedule and assign tasks to production staff,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures,Provide support to the production manager in achieving operational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food industry,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards,Basic knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
