📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Manage and resolve employee issues or conflicts in a timely manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
