📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure they meet performance standards.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product sales and distribution.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and products.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the direct selling industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
