Shine Central Berjaya is looking for a talented Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. You will work closely with our distribution centers, suppliers, and customers to improve our supply chain processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Lead and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to identify and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
