MOMENTUM Unggul is seeking a dedicated Senior Warehouse Staff to join our team in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and supervise junior warehouse staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
