In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Westin Executive Club, ensuring that all activities and events are executed flawlessly. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the guest experience. With a salary range of IDR 12,000,000 to IDR 18,000,000 per month, this is an opportunity to be part of a renowned hospitality brand in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the Westin Executive Club, including event planning and execution.
• Coordinate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless integration of club activities with overall hotel operations.
• Oversee the booking and management of club facilities and services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Westin Executive Club.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on club performance metrics to the management team.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized club environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of event planning and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant hospitality software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.
