📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Prepare and organize lesson materials, including worksheets, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to support students' learning needs.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the educational center.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the educational center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of educational theories and best practices.,Creative and innovative approach to teaching.,Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
