📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports for management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing fleet operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian transportation laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
