📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient recruitment data management.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience and foster a strong employer brand.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Sulawesi Selatan.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and contributing to the company's growth.
