📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Employee Benefit Insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional methods.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
