📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right amount of stock to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as stock accuracy and order fulfillment rates.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are following best practices and procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
