MERIDIAN Jaya is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to develop their skills and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank deposits.,Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.,Basic understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
