📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
