📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Organize and execute retail promotions, events, and campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
