In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
