Nusantara Insurance is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and methods.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to inform recruitment efforts.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or insurance industry setting.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and cultural nuances.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
