📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including order processing and customer follow-ups.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, managing transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and sales floor.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal product availability.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and software applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.,Willingness to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
