📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
