Elitez Group is seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Incentive Analyst to join our Wealth & Retail Banking team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Design and implement sales incentive programs that align with company goals and sales targets.,Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a clear understanding of incentive structures and performance expectations.,Provide regular reports and presentations to management on sales performance and incentive program results.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales performance analysis and incentive program design.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to support sales teams in achieving their targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales performance analysis or a related role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).,Experience with sales incentive program design and implementation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of banking and financial services industry is a plus.
