📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate travelers, and event planners.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote special offers, packages, and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the hospitality or luxury sector.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.
