Overseeing the construction process from start to finish,Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget,Managing a team of workers and contractors,Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Preparing and submitting progress reports to management,Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process,Maintaining accurate records of all construction activities,Ensuring all construction activities comply with local regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with construction software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits
