You will be responsible for the daily operations of the refrigeration systems, as well as the planning and execution of maintenance activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines.
• Ensure the optimal performance of cold storage facilities by conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration system issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior mechanics and technicians.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in refrigeration technology.
• Comply with all safety regulations and standards, and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of cold storage facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in refrigeration maintenance and repair.
• Certification in refrigeration technology, such as ARC (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating), or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines.
• Proficiency in using refrigeration maintenance tools and software, such as refrigerant leak detectors, vacuum pumps, and refrigerant recovery machines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
