📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate and efficient payroll processes.
• Use SAP Payroll and Oracle PeopleSoft to manage payroll operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies to maintain compliance.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management and regulatory purposes.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on payroll-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Certification in payroll processing (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
