📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and objectives.
• Manage employee performance through regular evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
