As Accounting & Tax Manager, your daily tasks will include managing monthly and annual financial close processes, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations. You will also play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, supporting the company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring financial sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all financial and tax operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Lead the monthly and annual financial close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the company’s tax obligations, including tax planning, compliance, and filings.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with external auditors to prepare and present financial statements for audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Certification in tax compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
